Origin not letting me play?

    So, I just went to try and play the Sims 4, but Origin has the "Play" button to where it can not be clicked to launch the game...
    any ideas?

    Did you not choose to upload a desktop startup icon? And have you tried logging out of origin, closing out your windows and then logging in again. Otherwise if I were you I would contact customer service.
