    Most of you will or should have this new update! Sims 4 gets the Family tree. :cool2: This the site i get all the news from--> http://www.thesims.com/news plus you can get most info you need from that site.
    Can you believe it? This week marks the 15 year anniversary of The Sims™. This is a massive milestone, not just for us in the studio but for all of our players, many of whom have shared this journey from that very first day. We will be celebrating throughout the month of February, but what better way to kick off than by talking about a much-requested feature that we are bringing to The Sims 4 today.

    Genealogy is essential for legacy and family players to fully appreciate the scope of their games. For all those players who lovingly document every generation of their Sims, print out their family trees, and keep tracking of the complex relationships that develop, Genealogy is an incredibly valuable tool.

    I've been waiting for / complaining about the lack of / really needing a family tree!!
    I am so happy.
    Now if only my legacy game would open up.

    Hey, yeah I saw!
    I hadn't had time to fiddle with it so I hadn't replied on whether it worked or not.
    But I just tried to open the file after installing the patch and it opened! So a mysterious fix which I will not question whatsoever :)

    Give it time who knows if a Generations EP comes out a toddlers patch along with pre-teens would come first like a week before the EP comes out.

    I get the feeling the only time we will see toddlers is if they put it in a 40$ EP with a lot of other family/child oriented things.
