    Hey Diane, I should be able to help you. What does the error say when you try to download? Here i'll upload the file and attach it to this post for you :) I've put it in a zip file, so you'll have to extract it!

    But please let me know what error you get, just incase other users are experiencing something similar :)

    Hi Gigi,
    Thanks for your response. The first thing that comes up is the download button goes gray and says the “download is unavailable”.
    The page after that is : The Sims 4 Forum | News | Sims Community – Error
    It seems to only let you do 1 download per five minutes? Do I need to be a VIP member for that to change? No problem if that's the case.
    Also, it worked when I went back into it later.
