I am trying to recreate characters from a story I am writing with Sims from Sims 4 to illustrate it. I have found most things I need except for this http://ironshod.deviantart.com/art/Controller-31563223 The lady in the picture has an arm tattoo and face tattoo, and folded dragon wings. If someone here could recreate all (or part) of those, I would be most appreciative. Thank you
