Anyone else with this? Sims 4 CAS issue - please help!

This is REALLY annoying me, and it's ruining game-play in ts4 for me. I have this issue when I go into CAS to create a new family, sometimes the camera gets like locked on.. I guess you could say, and you can't do anything, exit the game, change clothes, click anything, because it just makes the camera spin around, and I have to shut my laptop down and turn it on again because I can't exit the game in any way because it's stuck on this stupid camera thing, it's really upsetting, I can't make families any more or even change my characters appearance in game because it screws up then too. Can anyone help?

Have you tried uninstalling the game, removing all of its components, and then reinstalling it?

No I didn't want to have to start all over again..

Some times thats the only option sorry to say it happen to me .....but in the long run its worth it cause I was getting pissed off lol

I have not had that particular problem, but I did have to uninstall and reinstall when it got stuck installing a patch. When I reinstalled, all of my saved games where still there. I didn't lose anything or need to start over. (I did make a copy of my saved games tho just in case).

My game keeps crashing when I go in the community thing
