I and others don't like it that the only way to 'feed' babies is what I considered to be bottles with green milk unless we use 3rd party mods. I would think it would be completely fine to include breastfeeding in the Sims series. It wouldn't raise the rating-they could add the blur like the did with Sims Medieval in order to included it in the game. For the Sims humour to still be in 'tact' there--Men could breastfeed their alien babies in the same manner. The only thing that could remotely raise the rating of the game is if men could um drink from the woman's breast. (it has happened in real life-but only in situations where the couple wanted to adopted and mother-to-be wanted to breastfeed the adopted child, doctor advised her to do so)

another brilliant idea. Breastfeeding in life is generally recommended as it's healthy and good for the baby but not all mothers do. I definately think they should give people the option to breastfeed or bottle feed in the Sims 4! :)

I heard on sims 2, when mothers were on lots that didn't have fridges, they automatically breastfed their babies. I don't see why they could't have it. They could easy censor it if people are worried and could have if as an option if people did't want it.

Personally I don't mind if it does or not. I never spent much time with sim 3 babies as it was my least favorite life stage (the burrito babies were a bit creepy and boring). Also don't want the game to get too realistic where it loses it humor and charm.

But I thought of something, a third option for toddlers at least could be adding sippy cups. Like weening them off the bottle. Like you choose the other options still, but can also pick that.

Whenever I try to mention breastfeeding on the Sims 3 forum. Someone comes in and doesn't want it to be an option at ALL in her game. Not even as a store-content (aka tied to a rocking chair) where SHE (or he) doesn't have to buy it. But it turns out the person plays with te Supernatural aspects of the game. She wants us non-bottle feeders believers to be forced to ONLY use "green milk". Lately another person doesn't want BF in because his own mom 'couldn't breastfeed him for health reason' (but this dude has is OWN mother for a sim avatar..talk about an Oedipus Complex.

Yeah, I remember that thread and how it derailed into arguments. I am not enjoying the Sims 3 forums. There are just too many arguments and a lot of rudeness over there. :/

I am pretty sure that one guy who had the naked sim (yes, that sim was technically naked as someone posted pics from his studio) of his mother was a troll. Or I sure hope so at least. ._.

    There was breastfeeding in TSM.

    TSM was Teen rated.

Unlike other features that people say it is controversial or ofensive, i dont see anything like that related to something this.

For me... it's not really offensive but I think it's silly to have a breastfeeding loop animation Sim on that game? We probby are too busy playing many things than looking at it?

It technically wouldn't be a loop animation. It's just some people like me hate having to use 'green-cows' milk' for our sim babies.

why are you so aganist breastfeeding? It's healhty opition and more of a bonding oppurtinty with parent/child (If dad could also breastfeed in sims like humour). It wouldn't necessary be limited to one parent in the sim.

No, It's not about against it, I have lots of friends who have breastfeeding next to me and it does not bother me at all but this is a game, why need it? So my vote is No. If the Sims team decide to add it for game, I wouldn't mind at all.

Why need-it's an option for people who don't like being *forced* to only have a bottle option. Even *you* alterative of having more bottles still is forcing simmers like me who are anti-bottle feeders to be stuck with bottles only. It's an option..hell it could even be tied to a chair in the store..by EA..so YOU don't need to buy it if you don't want it. But I rather have it in the base game.

Don't ask me. ASK yourself to The Sims team and see if they want to add it or not. If they ask my vote. I'd say No. If they want to add it, then I don't mind! I just hope they don't have to add it.

Just because YOU don't want it in the game doesn't mean others don't. As far as I can see on this thread only you don't want in the game at all. Like others have said it was in the sims 2 if you had like NO fridges on the lot. It was also in the Sims Medieval. Both were still rated T for Teenager.

You started this thread which means it's YOU. And if it's not gonna happen so then you can ask for a mod, plain and simple. :)

a MOD isn't good enough. WE are *stick* of using mods for stuff. Just because *I* started it doesn't mean *I'm the only bloody person in the planet who wants breastfeeding in the game". 2 other people on this thread *also* wants it. Just because *you* don't want it doesn't me everyone doesn't want it. Maybye you should read the ENTIRE thread and not ignore the fact two other people see no reason (and you're excuse 'it's not needed is stupid and poor) for it NOT to be included in the game. It would be in the game as an OPTION for people to use. You would still have your bottles-it wouldn't be forced down *your throat* but you are forcing us non-bottle feeders to be stuck with a)mods or b)bottles to be *stuck down OUR throats*

LOL My gosh! You are acting like 7, really! I said no as my personal opinion for this amazing game we love so much. And you gone nut over my comment just like other thread. LMAO! Are you always like that? You are very demanding and want everyone to say yes, yes, yes to your wishlist? But I'm sorry we can't. We have our differences, and we are allowed to say yes or no whatever we feel, thought, taste and see. You want it. Yes? That's great! But me. I already said no. What's wrong with that? Nothing, now let's up to the Sims team if they are gonna to make or not.

Maybe your misinterpreting what I'm saying? You don't have any logical argument for it not to be in the game except for 'not needing' it. Sorry it's hard for me to explain what I'm saying.

Actually you are the one who started the argument. I don't. And I said no. That's it. Can't you calm down?
