And what copy you get depends on you. If you buy the disc, you'll have to activate your game on origin and it will run off origin after that, making the disc useless.

But if your internet and download speed is slow, you will install the game faster if you have the disc. So that is an advantage of the disc.

I got the digital deluxe off Origin and my internet is fast so it downloaded fast and launched with no issues.

It just depends on your personal situation and what you feel is best.

to our community @elliux hope you stick around! I've always been one for buying physical copies of games... it's just habbit. I like waiting to receive my copy, or going out to buy it. But at the same time, if you want it right then and have a reliable and fast internet connection then why not just get the digital copy.

So really, there's not much of a difference between the two, either way you'll be playing The Sims 4!
