Korean VPN Tutorial For Those Who Preloaded

    This is using SoftEther VPN!

    1) Go to: http://www.vpngate.net/en/download.aspx - and download "SoftEther VPN Client + VPN Gate Client Plugin" - extract and run the .exe file

    2) Open software after install, double click "VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers", search for Korea under region, click, then connect. Try to filter by ping/reaction time and chose the best Korean Server. (You may need to restart your pc if you are unable to connect)

    3) Open up your internet browser and google "whatismyip" - click a site of your chosing to confirm that your IP is now a Korean one.

    4) Open up "Origin" and login as usual.

    5) You may now download Sims 4. As soon as the download starts, switch back to "SoftEther" and disconnect from the VPN. Origin will now download according to your internet connection speed.

    6) When the download is finished, exit Origin (completely). Repeat steps 2-4

    7) Startup Sims4, when you are in-game, ALT-TAB back to Desktop and disconnect from the VPN.

    8) Have Fun :)


    I'm getting a physical copy, but for those who have preloaded/preorded on Origin you could be playing now! I know it doesn't matter much to some of us as midnight is close and tomorrow is as well, but if you want to squeeze in those extra hours have at it without having to download the torrent!

    they will be Panta :) Once you have searched for your origin ID, on the left click "ALL" which is above the filter options, and click the option it show it shows you favorites from all time. They should then all appear.
