Merge saved files in Sims 4

    So I downloaded he latest update of Sims 4, now I have the new menu that says "new game" and "load game".

    When I pressed load game I couldn't find the Create A Sim button, so I went back and pressed "New Game" and created the Sim. BUT not the house I made (pre-update) is not in the world of the new game...it's in the already saved one I didn't load.

    So...how do I fix this? Is there a way I can move her into the other saved file? Or can I move the house into the other one? Help :( I created the house just for her.
