my game broke

    so i downloaded some new CC and ofc put it in my mods folder, when i went back to my game it said my game was broken and that i had to reinstall it, so i did but it still shows the same message. i dont know what to do. i tried to contact EA Support but they never got back to me. is there a way to fix it? (btw spardon my bad english)
