Screen glitched during game.

    [PC / Windows 7 / 64 bits OS / RAM 4 GB]

    Greetings, I have this problem, when I start a game with a Sim family, the screen is completely glitched exactly like this:

    I don't have this problem in the Load Menu. Last week I only had to restart to solve this problem, but now I try and it does not help.

    Any ideas?

    I'm going to be honest, no, I don't think I have Origin. I bought a pirate copy in some store because original games are incredibly overpriced where I live (Argentina).

    I never had this problem before.
