Sims 3 crashing when CAS is closed

    Sul-Sul,
    My game always crashes when I close CAS.
    Here is how it happens:
    1. I open my save game/start a new save game.
    2. Enter CAS.
    3. Create my sim/s then click to proceed to the screen where you edit relationships.
    4. The processing sign comes up and I wait.
    5. 15 mins later and it is still "processing".
    What should I do?

    I resolved the problem! I lowered the graphics and deleted some custom content. I also deleted some save games that I never play.
