sims 4 females bottom not nude no matter what

I have the nude skins and the mod that removes the censor, my males are naked, the top of my females get naked but the bottom has a pair of underwear on no matter what I do. I can click the X but the underwear never come off (its actually a pair of bikini bottoms). I downloaded some mods from this website now the female has like 2 nipples.
The other issue is my sims needs will not stay static ( when I use the cheat), even if I do not leave one site and go to another to (which would trigger loading screens) my needs go down. Does anyone else have this problem?

Have you gone into CAS and selected different bottoms? I have the same mod but it defaults to wearing bottoms. When I'm in CAS I can go to the bottoms she's wearing, and then as a color option the nude is there. It shows up as a red '!'

I can select different bottoms..but i can't take them off...the bottom is never naked.

Well what I was saying is, it counts the naked bottom as a PAIR OF UNDIES. I had to install the no mosaic mod (moxiemason_nomosaic_06092014) and also I had to install multiple separate skin packages (for them to be naked, not just un blurred)
Here is a picture of the multiple skin packs I had to install to have anatomically correct naked sims! lol I'm a perv hahaha

Later I'll go into my sims game and take a screenshot of where I select their "nude clothes" so you can see what I mean.
Just keep in mind, with the nude mods there's never a "naked" option, simply clothes that have been modded to look like naked skin.
