Sims 4 Keeps Crashing

Hello, I'm new to all of this but I have download some sims 4 cc and for some reason my Sims 4 keeps crashing whenever i'm in Create-A-Sim. Just wondering what should i do and to stop it from Crashing??

The cause is probably bad cc then if it keeps crashing after you put it in the game. My advice is to take it all out and try to see if it works and than try adding them bit by bit to see which ones crash the game.

My game just started crashing too, but I don't really have anything new, so I am trying to figure out the cause.

iv been asking this same question for a month iv even gone on twitter and asked Graham and no one other than one person on here will even be respectful enough to at least say we are looking into it I guess EA doesn't care since weve already given them our money I still have this issue and im not happy at this point im playing Sims 3 for now.
