Sims 4 keeps crashing

    Every time I try to open sims 4 it gets up to the first loading screen (the first time the green plumbbob appears) then a window pops up saying The Sims 4 has stopped working.

    try deleting your TRAY folder and see if that helps Rethka :)

    Hi,
    Go into your Documents Folder and look for "Electronic Arts", click on it and when in it click on "The Sims 4", there will be a list of folders, the "Tray" folder is underneath the "Screenshots" folder. Hope this helps!
