Stuff Pack Catalogue?

I realize that plenty of websites do Stuff/Expansion Pack guides, but I was wondering if anybody would be interested in sort of a conglomeration of stuff/expansion pack guides into a sort of catalogue-style website? (TLDR after the pitch [aka scroll down])

As a simmer on a budget, I sometimes struggle with the issue of which pack to get. Occasionally, I end up a bit disappointed with what I get in my pack, either finding it not fulfilling or aesthetically pleasing enough. It can be sort of difficult to find out what items are in each pack, and whether or not you'll be pleased with the gameplay and items provided. You can sit through a 15 minute Youtube video scattered with useless commentary that you can't skip through without missing a bunch of stuff. Guides are available on the internet, but they can be occasionally hard to navigate, and may not provide all the information necessary.

I would like to provide a crowd-sourced catalogue for simmers that provides screenshots for CAS and build/buy items, as well as descriptions of gameplay features (with video), and written reviews to help simmers determine how much bang they'll get for their buck. While ideally, this would be on it's own domain, I previously mentioned I'm on a budget, so it might be a Tumblr URL for a while.

I'm not sure if this is an idea that's been done to death or if it's just not practical, but I think compiling easy-to-access info in one place may be useful for certain simmers. Definitely let me know whether or not you're interested in comments!

TLDR; crowd-sourced catalogue of all stuff/expansion packs, with pictures of all CAS and build/buy items, as well as gameplay features (with video of them in action), and reviews. thoughts, opinions, facts?
