    Me n my husband both have the fertility treatment but I'm not haveing twins what am I doing wrong.

    Well if you both have the fertility treatment....without using mods or cheats....I would sugguest having your pregnant sim watch kids shows on the tv and reading a childrens book at the same time....also buy a few toys....doing this should give you twins and even triplets in some cases...hope this helps
