Which Sims 4 pack should I preorder?

Should I preorder the Premium edition which is $99 and comes with:

• The Sims 4 game
• Creator's Guide Hardcover Book
• Up All Light Digital Content
• Life of the Party Digital Content
• Bonus Digital Soundtrack Exclusive

or just buy the normal one for $80?

Both the digital content would be fun and because there most likely wont be any expansion features in the base game, when we first get it its going to be pretty basic so I think the 'party' digital content would be pretty fun.

My main question is what is the 'creator's Guide Hardcover Book' about?
I would be a pretty cool souvenir, but is it worth it? I don't really know what the book is actually about.
